What I help with

Start from the kind of coverage you need.

How the kinds of coverage fit together.

Arizona law sorts insurance into lines. Property covers loss of or damage to things you own. Casualty covers your legal liability when someone is hurt or their property is damaged. Life covers a person's life.

Most policies draw on more than one. A business policy that pays for a damaged building is property coverage; one that pays a claim from an injured customer is casualty coverage. A car or home policy usually carries both.

My license covers Property, Casualty and Life. I don't sell health insurance.

Moments that usually call for a look at your coverage

Most people don't shop for insurance until something changes. These are the changes I hear about most, and where each one leads.

  • A lease or a client contract

Landlords and larger clients commonly ask for proof of insurance before you sign, often with limits they name. What business coverage is for

  • Your first employee

Arizona law brings almost every employer with regular employees under workers compensation, and general liability does not cover your own staff. What general liability leaves out

  • A renewal that jumped

Before you switch, compare what each policy would pay: the limits, the deductibles, who is covered and the exclusions. What to check before you switch

  • Buying a home

A mortgage lender will usually ask for homeowners insurance, and a standard policy leaves flood out, which matters in monsoon season. Home insurance, in plain words

  • A new baby, a marriage or a mortgage

Each one changes how much the people who depend on you would need if you were gone. How much life coverage to think about

  • A premium you want to understand

The price follows a handful of factors you can see, some you choose and some you bring. What sets the price of life coverage

Insurance by city

Car theft, flood, roof age and the local business license all change across the Valley, so each city guide leads with its own public numbers.
