What the form collects
Your name and phone number, and if you give them, your email, the kind of insurance you are asking about and your question. The page you sent it from and how you reached the site are recorded with it.
Where it goes and why
It comes to me by email and is kept in the customer list I use to reply to you. I use it to answer your question and for nothing else, and I never sell it.
What not to send
Please leave out policy numbers, dates of birth and health details. I don't need them to answer a first question.
Analytics
On the public site, anonymous analytics count visits and which pages lead to a question. They do not identify you.
